Ingredients

  • 1 pack approx 800g frozen roast potatoes of your choice (I use Aunt Bessie's)
  • Seasoning if needed salt, pepper, garlic powder are good options

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 200°c (400°F).
  • Add the frozen roast potatoes to the basket in a single layer, straight from frozen. There's no need to spray them with oil. For a full pack, cook in batches so they're not overcrowded.
  • Air fry for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°c (400°F).
  • Shake the basket or turn the potatoes halfway through to ensure even cooking. This is when you can add any seasoning.
  • Depending on your air fryer model, they may need a little less or more time, so check on them a few times.
  • Serve straight away with your favourite meal.

Notes

Most frozen roast potatoes are pre-seasoned and pre-oiled, so extra oil isn't needed and seasoning is optional. Don't overcrowd the basket, as a single layer is what gives you crispy results, so cook a big pack in batches. Reheat any leftovers in the air fryer at 200°c (400°F) for around 10 minutes.
